Rental Requirements
Valid Driver’s License: A copy is required at the time of booking.
Payment Terms: All rentals must be paid in full prior to delivery.
Payment & Deposits
Dump Deposit (Haul-Off Rentals Only):
A $420 dump deposit is collected at the time of debris pickup. Unused portions are refunded after disposal.Included Disposal:
Each rental includes 1 ton of disposal in the base price. Additional disposal is billed at $105 per ton.
Additional Services
Extra Rental Days:
Additional days are available at $50 per day + tax, for up to 5 total days.Swap-Out / Dump & Return:
Available for $150 per swap, which includes a fresh 1-ton disposal allowance. Excess disposal is billed at $105 per additional ton.
Safe Use Guidelines
Dumpsters and trailers must be loaded evenly and within weight limits.
No overloading, side-stacking, or unsafe hauling is permitted.

TexHaul Rentals dumpsters are approved for the following types of debris:

✅ General household junk & trash

✅ Furniture and non-refrigerated appliances
✅ Yard waste (branches, brush, leaves)
If you’re unsure whether an item is acceptable, give us a call before loading.
❌ Prohibited Materials
For safety, environmental, and landfill compliance reasons, do NOT place the following items in your dumpster:
❌ Hazardous materials (paint, oils, solvents, chemicals)
❌ Batteries or automotive fluids
❌ Propane tanks or compressed gas cylinders
❌ Medical or biohazard waste
❌ Appliances with refrigerants (must be professionally discharged first)
❌ Flammable or explosive items
Loading prohibited items may result in additional fees or refused pickup.
