Standard Pricing Includes

Delivery of one 15 yard dumpster or dumpster trailer
Placement at an approved and accessible location
Scheduled delivery and pickup
Transportation to an approved disposal facility

Up to 2 tons, or 4,000 pounds, of disposal weight

Disposal Weight and Additional Charges

Each 15 yard dumpster rental includes up to 2 tons, or 4,000 pounds, of disposal weight.

Additional disposal weight: $67.50 per ton
Maximum container payload: 5 tons, subject to equipment capacity and legal transportation limits

Final disposal weight is determined using the disposal facility’s certified scale ticket. Any weight exceeding the included 2 tons will be charged at the applicable additional disposal rate.

The customer is responsible for all overweight, overloaded, improperly distributed, or overfilled loads.

Heavy Material Deposit

A $200 heavy material deposit may be required for loads containing dense materials, including:

Concrete
Dirt
Sand
Gravel
Rock
Brick
Asphalt
Roofing shingles
Tile
Other dense construction materials

Heavy materials must be disclosed before booking. The deposit may be applied toward excess disposal weight, additional handling, unloading, equipment damage, or other charges associated with the load.

Any refundable balance will be returned after the final disposal weight and condition of the load have been confirmed.

Approximate Dimensions

7 feet wide × 14 feet long × 4 feet tall

Customers should contact TexHaul Rentals before booking when exact dimensions, gate clearance, driveway space, or other placement restrictions are important.

Additional Rental Time

Additional rental days are subject to availability and may be charged at $50 per day.

Longer extensions may begin a new rental period at the applicable current rate. Extension requests must be made before the scheduled pickup time.

An extension is not confirmed until approved by TexHaul Rentals.

Delivery Area Pricing

Delivery is included at no additional charge within 20 miles of 6024 E State Hwy 21, Bryan, TX 77808.

Additional delivery charges apply beyond 20 miles:

21 to 40 miles: $40
41 to 60 miles: $60
61 to 80 miles: $80
81 to 100 miles: $100

Mileage is calculated from 6024 E State Hwy 21, Bryan, TX 77808 to the delivery location.

Additional delivery charges may apply for:

Rural or remote locations
Difficult access properties
Multiple delivery attempts
Relocation requests
Special delivery or pickup conditions
Trips beyond 100 miles
Trips outside the standard service area

Any additional delivery charge will be disclosed before the reservation is confirmed.

Placement Requirements

Customers must provide:

A level, stable, and accessible placement area
Clear access for delivery and pickup
Adequate overhead clearance
Sufficient room to safely unload and retrieve the container
Permission from the property owner
Any required HOA, city, street, parking, or property management authorization

Dumpsters and dumpster trailers should not be placed on soft ground, steep slopes, septic systems, underground utilities, low clearance areas, or surfaces that may be damaged by the weight of the equipment.

TexHaul Rentals makes the final decision regarding safe container placement.

The customer is responsible for obtaining permission for placement on streets, alleys, apartment properties, commercial properties, rented properties, or HOA controlled areas.

TexHaul Rentals is not responsible for damage to driveways, pavement, curbs, lawns, landscaping, underground utilities, septic systems, or other surfaces when the customer requests or approves the placement location.

Prohibited Materials

The following materials are not accepted unless TexHaul Rentals provides prior written approval:

Hazardous materials
Chemicals
Paint
Oil
Fuel
Batteries
Liquids
Medical waste
Asbestos
Pressurized containers
Refrigerants
Tires
Hot ashes
Burning or smoldering materials
Unapproved appliances
Unapproved equipment

Additional cleaning, contamination, disposal, handling, labor, or trip fees may apply when prohibited, hazardous, or undisclosed materials are placed inside the dumpster or dumpster trailer.

Heavy Material and Loading Warning

Dense materials can cause a dumpster or dumpster trailer to reach its maximum legal transportation weight before the container is full.

Heavy materials must be:

Disclosed before booking
Loaded evenly
Kept below the container’s fill line
Centered over the dumpster or trailer axles
Distributed according to TexHaul Rentals’ instructions

Do not concentrate heavy materials at the front, rear, or on one side of the container.

Improper loading may cause unsafe towing conditions, trailer sway, equipment damage, tire failure, hydraulic damage, or an unsafe pickup condition.

TexHaul Rentals may refuse to transport any container that is overloaded, overfilled, improperly distributed, leaking, unsafe, or unable to be legally secured.

The customer may be required to remove or redistribute material before pickup. Additional labor, wait time, dry run, unloading, trip, relocation, or equipment damage charges may apply.

Overfilled and Unsecured Loads

All material must remain below the top edge and designated fill line of the dumpster or dumpster trailer.

Material may not:

Extend above the container
Hang over the sides
Protrude from the rear
Create an unbalanced load
Prevent the tarp from being properly secured

TexHaul Rentals may refuse pickup until the load is corrected.

The customer is responsible for any resulting delays, additional rental days, labor charges, dry run fees, unloading costs, or return trip charges.
