15 Yard Dumpster Rental Haul-Off Rates

• 1-Day Dumpster Rental: $325 plus tax
• 3-Day Dumpster Rental: $375 plus tax
• 5-Day Dumpster Rental: $399 plus tax
• Swap-Out Service: $150 per additional trip

Standard pricing includes:

• Dumpster or dumpster trailer delivery
• Dumpster or dumpster trailer placement
• Scheduled drop off/pickup
• Transportation to the disposal facility
• Dumping service
• Up to one ton of disposal weight

Disposal Weight and Deposit

Dumpster rentals include one ton of disposal weight.

• Additional disposal weight: $105 per ton
• Maximum dumpster/dumpster trailer payload: Five tons
• Refundable disposal deposit: $420 plus tax

The disposal deposit is collected at pickup or before the dumpster/dumpster trailer is transported to the disposal facility. Disposal charges are calculated using the facility’s certified scale ticket, and any unused portion of the deposit is refunded.

Dimensions

Additional Dumpster Time

Additional rental days are subject to availability and may be charged at $50 per day (up to 5 days).

Longer extensions may begin a new rental cycle at the applicable current rate. Customers should contact TexHaul before the scheduled pickup time to request an extension.

Delivery-Area Pricing

• 0–20 miles: No additional delivery charge
• 21–40 miles: $40
• 41–60 miles: $70
• 61–100 miles: $100

Mileage is calculated from the applicable TexHaul service location. Additional mileage or special-delivery charges may apply.

Additional mileage charges may apply for:

• Extended-distance deliveries
• Rural locations
• Difficult-access properties
• Multiple delivery attempts
• Relocation requests
• Trips outside the selected service area

Any additional delivery charge will be disclosed before the reservation is confirmed.

Placement Requirements

Customers must provide:

• A level and stable placement area
• Clear access for the dumpster/dumpster trailer
• Adequate overhead clearance
• Adequate space to safely raise and unload the dumpster/dumpster trailer
• Permission from the property owner
• Any required HOA, city, street, or parking authorization

Dumpster and/or dumpster trailers should not be placed on soft ground, steep slopes, septic systems, underground utilities, low-clearance areas, or surfaces that may be damaged by the dumpster/dumpster trailer’s weight.

TexHaul Rentals makes the final decision regarding safe dumpster/trailer placement. The customer is responsible for obtaining permission for placement on streets, alleys, apartment properties, commercial properties, or HOA-controlled areas.

Prohibited Materials

The following materials are not accepted unless TexHaul provides written approval:

• Hazardous materials
• Chemicals
• Paint
• Oil
• Fuel
• Batteries
• Liquids
• Medical waste
• Asbestos
• Pressurized containers
• Refrigerants
• Tires
• Hot ashes
• Burning materials
• Unapproved appliances
• Unapproved equipment

Additional cleaning, contamination, disposal, or handling fees may apply when prohibited or undisclosed materials are placed inside the dumpster/dumpster trailer.

Heavy-Material Warning

Dense materials can reach the dumpster/dumpster trailer’s maximum legal weight before it reaches its full volume.

Heavy materials include:

• Dirt
• Sand
• Gravel
• Rock
• Concrete
• Brick
• Asphalt
• Roofing shingles
• Wet construction debris

Customers must disclose heavy materials before booking.

Heavy materials should be loaded evenly and kept centered over the dumpster and/or trailer axles. Do not concentrate heavy material at the rear of the dumpster and/or trailer. Improper loading can cause dangerous trailer sway, equipment damage, tire failure, or an unsafe pickup condition.

TexHaul Rentals may require material to be removed or redistributed before transporting the dumpster/ dumpster trailer. Additional wait-time, labor, trip, or relocation charges may apply when a load cannot be safely transported.

The customer is responsible for overweight, overloaded, improperly distributed, or overfilled loads.
